Maia Botanicals was founded out of a personal refusal to continue to compromise. Like you, I wanted my home to smell beautiful, deep, and complex - I finally refused to continue to sacrifice my family's health to get there.

When I looked closely at mass-market home fragrances, I found nothing but cheap synthetic texturizers, toxic aerosol propellants, and even endocrine-disrupting phthalates hidden behind vague ingredient labels.

Driven by a passion for clean, intentional chemistry, our Missouri studio was built to engineer a safe, uncompromising alternative. We formulated a waterless, self-preserving spirit engine that carries only pure, cold-pressed plant extractions and safe, non-toxic molecular isolates like ISO E Super. Our dilution is as much as 50% to 100% stronger than other luxury linen and room spray competitors AND up to 400% stronger than mass-market options. This was an important criteria for our chemistry.

Every batch is slow-cured in our dark vaults for up to 6 weeks and then hand-poured in our studio. This is true breathable luxury - more intense, long-lasting, sophisticated fragrance blends crafted with absolute presence to protect your sanctuary, your premium linens and textiles, and the people you love.

Our commitment to your wellness and our planet doesn't end when the bottles are filled. We intentionally continue our commitment throughout our entire lifecycle infrastructure. We rejected single-use plastic anywhere we could do so reasonably. We ship our premium blends in highly recyclable frosted glass botanica bottles. They are packed in recyclable corrugated boxes with kraft packing paper.
