  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25 (calculated before taxes and after any discounts are applied).

  • For orders under $25, the actual shipping cost will be calculated in real-time based on your package weight and delivery location, then displayed at checkout.

Complimentary FREE SHIPPING

North America

  • Contiguous US Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

  • Excluded Addresses: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

Global Delivery

Due to strict federal shipping regulations regarding liquid and flammable ingredients, we are unable to ship our room and linen sprays internationally. We currently only offer USPS, UPS, or FEDEX shipping within the contiguous US via Ground Shipping services.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and packaged within 1–3 business days.

  • Schedule: Shipments are sent out Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

  • Volume Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

CARRIER & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Carrier Partner: All orders are typically shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Delivery Time: Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 4-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

  • Tracking Email: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Activation: The tracking number will become active on the USPS website within 24 hours.
